CACREP Site Visit Updates

Dear Students and Alumni:

The CACREP site visit review for accreditation concluded October 10th.  Three CACREP accreditation representatives spent October 7-10 meeting with and interviewing program faculty, campus administrators, graduate assistants, current students, and alumni. They visited 4 field placement site locations for Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Professional School Counseling, reviewed program records and curricula, toured campus facilities, and attended a class session. Fall Chi Sigma Iota Professional Development Series

Dear Students and Alumni:

Please consider joining us for our Fall Chi Sigma Iota Professional Development Series.
 The first event in the series will be an information session about CACREP accreditation. I hope that all of our students in the Professional School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program will attend this session. It is offered on two different nights to increase accessibility to this important information session–Monday, 9/10 at 5:30 and Thursday, 9/13 at 5:30.

CACREP Site Visit 2012

The Counseling Programs will have a site visit from representatives of the Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Education Programs (CACREP) October 7-10, 2012. The site team will be interested in speaking with alumni and current students. Stay tuned for more information.
