Academic Policy: Graduate Course Withdrawals

Please be aware of the following policy regarding course withdrawals from the School of Graduate Studies:

·        A graduate student can have up to three withdrawals (is dismissed from the program with a fourth course withdrawal).

·        A graduate student can withdraw from a particular course only one time (a second withdrawal from the same course results in dismissal from a program)

·        Graduate students can withdraw from a regularly scheduled, “15-week”, course up until two weeks before the last day of classes. So, graduate students can withdrawal from a regularly schedule graduate course until November 16 for Fall 2012, see also Graduate Academic Calendar.
